Photo: Gunmen Attack Emir Of Kano
The convoy of the The Emir of Kano, Ado Bayero, was attacked by gunmen who threw an Improvised Explosive Device at the convoy, opened fire on his vehicle, killing his driver and three guards.
The Emir was said to be returning from the launching of an Islamic school at Mussalaci Murtala, where he was attacked near Hockey Field on Zoo Road by Total Gasoline station.
The attack on the Emir left him unhurt.
