Jonathan Renames UNILAG To Moshood Abiola University

UNILAG now Moshood Abiola University

President Goodluck Jonathan has renamed University of Lagos (UNILAG) to Moshood Abiola University in honour of the late Moshood Kashimawo Abiola. He announced the decision in his Democracy Day broadcast on Tuesday morning 29 May 2012.

Mixed opinions arose from the matter, as students and non-students reacted to the new development. Some babes wey been like the package of "Am a Unilag babe" would just have to use "I dey school for Moshood Abiola Uni".
