Just as expected, the Boko Haram sect unleashed terror with a bomb blast in the city of Kaduna this morning being Easter Sunday.

The explosion was said to have happened just a few blocks off the Evangelical Church of West Africa (ECWA). Reports say the bomb was planted in a car whose target was the church, but suddenly it exploded at a junction, killing Okada riders and some other people.

A rescue official said “Now we have 20 dead from the twin explosions, Officials were still counting the number of wounded".

“Bombs concealed in two cars went off just opposite this church,” he said.

A police officer at the scene said a man believed to be a suicide bomber driving a car was stopped at a checkpoint near the church and turned back, but drove to a nearby area close to a hotel and detonated the bomb
