Why should an unfinished building be collapsing: Saving cement. and rods?, Bad project ?(heavier than the material will hold), the ground was not suitable for such a building?. No earth quakes in Nigeria, so we have to compete with those country that have earth quake by constructing traps. Nigeria is a country of foolish deaths. Is the building constructed by the Nigerian government or the same people who are complaining about bad government. Every thing in Nigeria is bad and Nigerian go on blaming each other for the situation each person play his part.. It is better to blame the unseen government because he will not be there with you to tell you that you are part of the tragedy that is keeping Nigeria down. Nigerians are ignorants. They all are cheats and everyday any one of them gets unto the top and the rest forget that that person is just doing the same thing they at the ground are doing what they were doing together before.
