Igbinedion University Okada Benin City came under a serious attack at about 5am this morning from men who seemed to be ex-militants.

These "Men wey no get joy", invaded the school shooting anyhow, macheting and destroying vehicles.

Its not clear what their vexation is, but they have blocked the main gate to the school, hindering exit or entrance from the university.

More details are been gathered, as for now these students need protection.
