They said there is power in spoken words. This statement proved itself when the popular naija comedian I Go Die, found himself in the beating of his life "Wey En For Die".
This event occured on Tuesday at the rally organised for the (then) sacked Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, venue was at the Warri Township Stadium.
According to sources and amebor talkers, I Go Die was set to perform at the event, but on his arrival with his side kick, I Go Save, they both were denied access to enter.
Amebor people said that “The comedians wanted to enter through a designated gate for VIPS but were denied and in the course of explaining who they were, one of the soldiers got angry and descended on I Go Die, slapping and using horsewhip on him. Ogus Baba and I Go Save were also not spared because they wanted to prevent their colleague from being beaten.”
Sources has it that it took the timely intervention of Ali Baba before the beaten was stopped.
I Go Die was said to have demanded a public apology from those who beat him up.
All information posted on amebor talk should not be taken as an official media report, but as a "mere gossip" which is subject to being partially true. But as the saying goes......"There is an atom of truth in every story".
